YOU HAVE A ROLE.....

When a machine breaks down, it is as a result of a malfunction of a section / part of that machine. The malfunction can be as a result of wear and tear factors that call for replacement of such affected parts or sections. Replacement means that new force must take position occupied by the old force. It is a kind way of appreciating the old force its efforts, though all a long (old force) has been useful, but now it has reached a point or moment when those efforts can not be able to cope with the duty ahead.
In as far as new force is injected  into an institution , the efforts of the old forces can not taken for granted and swept away under the carpet , because  the level the institution has risen is as a result  of the old forces  efforts.
Though it sound selfish, at the completion of a task the present / active team is more appreciated than the behind the scene important team. In a competition, when there is a victory all people rejoice, but when there is a defeat, blame game starts, the worst part is that no one claims liability, on contrary in victory every one claims glory.
However all these lead to unity of the team, because at a given time the team must sit down together to celebrate or have a post mortem of the events that lead to their defeats.
Each person is important in any organization, the success or failure of any organization depends on the efforts of individuals, however those efforts won’t be of use unless they are well coordinated   in to one unit.
In the Bible, Nehemiah Chapter Four, the collective efforts of the children of Israelites under the leadership of Nehemiah saw the completion of rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem, amidst strong opposition and tough conditions.
The success of a team depends on the unity both in deeds and mind of each individual person. Each person must have a united goal of completion, success and victory (Nehemiah 4:6).
There is power and strength in working as a unit, nothing can hinder such formations from getting whatever they want. (Genesis 11: 6).
Rebuild and redouble your efforts in any organizations.
